I live in the Parkmead area of Walnut Creek a few houses from downtown. There isn't a slow market in this part of Walnut Creek. Homes are sold here usually for or close to asking price. If it isn't sold in a week than there is something major wrong with the structure. I live on a 1/4 acre lot- just the land is worth 800k. Quality of life here is 5 stars if you can afford it.
