Earlier today, Walkscore, one of our favorite partners, announced that they now offer detailed public transit information to go along with their highly acclaimed Walkscore. Here is the official announcement.
Home buyers can now get an even better sense of where a home is located relative to major transit lines (bus, subway, etc...). To access this new information, goto the current Walkscore information on our home detail page - the transit info is incorporated into the tile.

The Walk Score of a home and proximity to transit are great selling points for agents.
There's also evidence that Walk Score and proximity to transit are indicators of a home's investment value.
Check out this Denver post article that shows homes within 1/2 mile of light rail appreciated 17% while the rest of the Denver housing market fell 7%:
