How smart are you? Test your real estate IQ!

We just launched “Price Me Now”, a real estate price prediction game where you earn a real estate IQ score based on how well your predicted sales price for homes compare to the predictions of others. Using current for-sale homes, you submit your predictions after looking at pictures, comparable neighborhood sales and other information for the home. Iqmeter_5

Your Property IQ score is based on how good your prediction is relative to the predictions of other players and ranges from 0 to 200. Your IQ will go up or down as more price predictions are made on a particular home. When the home sells, you'll receive a final  IQ score based on the actual selling price. Prediction_price_4

So far, I have a real estate IQ of 116 - a good 25 IQ points below the leader… However, I played a majority of homes in San Francisco, an area which I’m not too familiar with.

The cool thing is that once you've made your prediction for a home, you get to see what other players guessed for the home.
